Dr. Robert A. Kerr earned his D.D.S. degree from Emory University in 1979, and prior to that had attained a B.S. degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary. Shortly after graduating from dental school, he married his wife, Holly. They moved to Montgomery, AL, where Dr. Kerr practiced for three years as part of the Air Force Dental Corp at Maxwell Air Force Base. Dr. Kerr grew up mostly in Tampa, and Holly in Joliet, IL. However, they both were drawn back to Atlanta where they have resided since 1982. Dr. Kerr has practiced in the Buckhead and Cumberland/Galleria areas at a few different locations, and he is very happy to be in his present location because of the spaciousness and high-tech features of the practice. Dr. Kerr’s main focus is restorative treatment, including crowns, bridges, composite tooth-colored fillings, and restoration of dental implants. He is constantly cognizant of doing his best to make every visit as comfortable as possible for each patient.
Dr. Kerr and Holly are the parents of two grown sons, Andy and Alec, and the grandparents of one grandson (so far)!
Dr. Kerr is grateful for all of the wonderful patients that have trusted him over the years, and he feels fortunate to be surrounded by a staff of skilled and caring dental professionals.
